45mL Gin
15mL Highland Heritage Mountain Flame Raspberry Liqueur
15mL freshly squeezed lime juice
120mL ginger ale
Lime wedge, for garnish
Method

45mL pineapple juice
Method
In a cocktail shaker, pour the vodka, Mountain Flame, and pineapple juice, then fill with ice.
Shake vigorously for 20 to 30 seconds.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

5 to 6 mint leaves
3 to 4 fresh raspberries, plus more for garnish
2 lime wedges
60mL white rum
15mL Highland Heritage Mountain Flame Raspberry Liqueur
60-90mL ginger ale, to taste
Mint sprig, for garnish
Method
In a highball glass, add several mint leaves and raspberries. Muddle well to release the juice of the berries and the essence of the mint.
Fill the glass with ice and squeeze in the juice of the lime wedges.
Add the rum and Mountain Flame.
Top off with ginger ale and stir well.

15mL of crushed fresh blueberries or blueberry syrup

15mL triple sec
15mL cranberry juice

Method
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour all of the ingredients.
Shake well.

30mL lime juice
15mL honey syrup
45mL IPA beer

Method
In a cocktail shaker, pour the Campari, Mountain Flame, lime juice, and honey syrup.
Whip shake (shake just a few times) and add the beer to the tin.
Fill a highball glass with crushed ice. Strain the drink into the glass.

30mL elderflower liqueur
60-90mL Champagne, to taste

Method
In a mixing glass, stir the gin and elderflower liqueur with ice.
Strain into a Champagne flute.
