Coming in hot this tasting was Ben Glaetzers 2020 Bishop Shiraz. This vintage of Bishop is amazingly expressive and approachable for a wine of such depth. Flavours of dark cherry, blackberry, dark chocolate and multiple dried spices are supported by restrained tannin. Look for the classic calling card of palate length and persistence.
