Epitomising the playful, weird and wonderful in wine, this bright yellow pét-nat is so 'extra' it'll have you guessing if it is even wine? Very overt and upfront on the nose, it's incredibly wild, like it is fermenting in real time, with white florals, ginger spice and tropical punchy fruits. These super aromatics carry on the palate, with a mouthful of rich limey bubbles. A wild pét-nat blend of Gewürztraminer and Sauvignon Blanc that is unlike any other. Crazy good.
