This Cabernet Sauvignon from the Langhorn Creek region shows all he characteristics of a premium aristocratic red wine.
Deep purple in colour, the obvious richness is typified by the lifted bouquet of blackcurrant and berry characters.
The palate exhibits a mouthfilling warmth of flavour, weight and soft tannins. The after palate is a harmony of fruit and oak flavours which culminate in a mellow, smooth finish.
The wine will improve with careful cellaring. This wine has now been cellared, and is ready to drink.
