Paul Jaboulet Parallele 45 Cotes Du Rhone Rouge
Medium-depth of ruby colour with a tinge of purple. The bouquet is very typical Côtes du Rhône, earthy and minerally, dried herbs, wood-char and spices, the palate almost full-bodied, firm, with a touch of astringency, but also very good depth of flavour and character for a wine of its station. Typical burnt and charred flavours augment the spice, herb and fruit notes.
