Charles Melton utilize a multitude of wine making techniques to produce complex high quality national and international award winning wines in the South Australian, Barossa Valley Region.
Deep black dark red heart with a dark red hue. Filling the nostrils are ripe dark raspberry, liquorice and dark plum fruits which are trailed by some vanillin earth and spice notes. Rich, juicy and plump the palate is flooded with dark raspberry, liquorice and black cherry flavours which overlay vanillin cedar, earth and spicy pepper characters. Sleek yet nicely built tannin structure with a long succulent finish.
