A Spanish Rioja style blend from one of our favourite Clare Valley Producers. The wine shows lifted aromas of red strawberries and cherries that characterize Tempranillo, coupled with a delightful spiciness contributed by Grenache.
The mid-palate richness unfolds with delicious plum and violet notes, thanks to the influence of Malbec. Aged in older French oak hogsheads which impart a subtle, integrated flavour and a hint of toasty oak character.
Giving this wine a level of sophistication that's truly remarkable for its price. Cellar up to 15 years.
