1. 1. You acknowledge that the Purchase Services offered by Liberty Liquors integrate delivery (the 'Delivery Services') through the use of third party delivery companies (the 'Delivery Service Providers').
   2. In providing the Purchase Services, Liberty Liquors may provide you with a variety of delivery and insurance options offered as part of the Delivery Services by the Delivery Service Providers. You acknowledge and agree that Liberty Liquors is not the provider of these delivery and insurance options and merely facilitates your interaction with the Delivery Service Providers in respect to providing the Delivery Services.

   4. We offer interstate shipping please contact the store on 08 9200 1850 or via admin@libertyliquors.com.au for a quote. Shipping costs are all dependent on package size, weight and postcode.
   5. Insurance; For orders over $100, it is the customers responsibility to pay for additional insurance coverage up to the order value. Liberty Liquors can provide you with a quote for the extra insurance coverage upon request and will need to be paid in full when processing the order. Liberty Liquors holds no responsibility/liability for lost/damaged consignments that do not have additional insurance coverage on orders over $100.
   6. In the event that an item is lost or damaged in the course of the Delivery Services, Liberty Liquors asks that you:
      1. contact the Delivery Service Provider directly to launch an investigation or to claim on any insurance options available; and or
      2. contact us by sending an email to admin@libertyliquors.com.au outlining in what way the Products including photos and a copy of your receipt/transaction
2. 1. Shipping is done with either Aramex couriers or AusPost.

      1. All shipping orders are subject to quotation and below quoted prices are only used as estimates for indication.
      2. Prices are subject to change due to increased Fuel Levy surcharges as well as 3rd freight supplier costings.
