This is a lovely Vaillons with chiselled, zingy freshness. A cool stone fruit nose—woven with jasmine, buttercup and oyster shell aromas—is backed up by svelte texture and wonderful citrus verve. The finish is wonderfully long and sustained, with a grapefruit character and energetic freshness. An absolutely delicious Vaillons.
