Geschickt One Drop
One drop uses a variety of grapes Chasselas, Muscat, Gewürztraminer, Riesling and Pinot Blanc. A mixture of direct press and maceration that is bottles with a tad of residual sugar to create a light and pleasing effervescence to the wine. Peaches and camomile with a slight pull from the tannins creates a sparkling wine at a great price. Geschickt One Drop is a great pairing for devilled crab on crostini.
