An incredibly intense wine, the nose all bruised apple, caramel popcorn and nuttiness, complicated with a powerful peated whiskey note. The palate is a practice in contradiction, with lively green apple acidity and powerful chalky phenolics that combine to give the wine a powerful energy. Allowed to open over the course of an afternoon, the wine reveals a multitude of different faces, and provides endless pleasure.
Much like the Turbulent Juice this wine was racked and bottled without any additions.
