Selected parcels of Sauvignon Blanc (80%) and Semillon (20%) from Western Australia’s premier Margaret River region, were fermented separately, without oak maturation and blended to deliver a wine with a little more mid-palate weight than our 100% Sauvignon Blanc – and with a distinctive citrus edge to the fruit spectrum. We’re pleased with its crispness and balance.
Juicy, fresh fruit salad flavours are backed by crisp citrus notes in the lively dry white blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon.
