From the minds and skills at Burch Family Wines, this Chardonnay delivers power, complexity and drinkability. A pale gold Chardonnay with notes of citrus, quince, and peach. Bright and textural on the palate, with hints of pear, kiwi, and subtle spice. A touch of oak, and malo make a fine structure that delivers finesse and depth. This is fish and chips, and you have a winning spring & summer combo! Minimal sulphites added.
