Valdiguié (Napa Gamay) from Calistoga, Napa Valley. A warmer site, tucked back from Highway 29, just south of the city of Calistoga. Loamy, deep soils allow this 60+ year old bush trained vineyard to be both organic and dry-farmed.
light strawberry hue in the glass, with an effusive mousse. The palate is bright, sharp, and sophisticated with intense, watermelon Jolly Rancher, and a cranberry cooler finish. The acid is structural and inviting.
