100% Gamay du Bugey, commune of Leyzieu, TOMACETTE plot, facing le Grand Colombier, the mountain sat at the southern extremity of the Jura. A mixture of fruit trees sit among the vines, which were planted in 1985/1990 on clay and limestone.
6 weeks of maceration and then pressed with a vertical ratchet press then 9 months elevage in tank. wonderfully dense and silky wine filled with an exotic fruit and spice that is unique to this mountainous region.
