Organically farmed fruit sourced from Churchview Estate was hand picked before being being crushed and destemmed to open fermenter. Hand plunged twice daily during fermentation, then basket pressed to tank before bottling. This Grenache is bright and juicy with red fruit, confectionery and white pepper notes.
