Brave New Wine Maison Derrier Pinot Chardonnay
An interesting blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from husband and wife duo Andries and Yoko Lüscher-Mostert. It was co-fermented using whole bunches, and shows off more Pinot than Chardonnay. Pressed to older barrels, the juicy cherries and plums really sing. Light on the alcohol and 11.8%. Very suave stuff.
