Clase Azul Anejo Tequila undergoes a 25-month transformation process. The blue agave hearts are slow-cooked in masonry ovens, extracting their natural sugars. After fermentation, the tequila is double-distilled in copper stills before spending a significant amount of time maturing in American whiskey casks. This aging process imbues the tequila with a rich amber colour and a depth of flavour unattainable in younger tequilas. This tequila is a culmination of heritage, artistry, and meticulous craftsmanship. Presented in a stunning decanter adorned with symbolism, it tells the story of the Mazahua culture and its deep connection to the land. Inside, the tequila itself, aged for 25 months in American whiskey casks, offers a complex flavour profile unlike any other silver tequila.
