Watson Family Cabernet Merlot
This wine is very deep crimson colour. The nose shows an array of mulberry, blackcurrant and cassis, with hints of Ceylon cinnamon and French oak.
The palate is soft and generous, with more red fruits mixing with spice and dark chocolate. Supple tannins linger.
Mix with slow cooked lamb shank and roasted winter vegetables.
