Fraser Gallop Estate Parterre Cabernet Sauvignon 2020 been awarded 95 points and is also a 5 Star rated winery, by James Halliday, in the WA Margaret River Region. Producing single vineyard top quality internationally award winning wines, by world award winning master wine maker, Clive Otto.
The 2020 vintage has also awarded 96 points rated by Ray Jordan.
A fuller structured palate this year where elegance is still the dominant theme with some jubyness yet also feels dry and dusty. Ripe mulberry and blueberries are the predominant flavour with baking spice fine-grained graphite tannins and a long pencilly finish. A bold expression that will need time to flourish. 86 % Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Petit Verdot, 5 % Cabernet Franc, 3% Malbec.
