Chalari Bush Vine Tempranillo
The Tempranillo was sourced from Swinney’s Wilson’s Pool vineyard in Frankland River. Growing in ironstone and loam soils without trellising, this fruit develops some amazing aromatics and flavours, and a great balance of fruit and acid.
Nose: sarsaparilla, cherry cola, mulberry, tarragon with hints of coconut and ferrous minerals.
Palate: Dry and charmingly rustic mouthfeel, fresh cherry, cola, marzipan, chalky tannins, fresh linear acidity.
