A nouveau style red made from Mourvèdre, light dry red that can be chilled. Appearance: Medium intensity ruby- red with clear rim.
Nose: floral rose petal, sarsaparilla, boysenberry, mulberry, Sichuan pepper, tarragon with hints of wet ironstone rock.
Palate: dry with light, very approachable light, dusty tannins. A delicious array of forest berry fruits, red apple skins, capsicum balanced soundly with crunchy acidity, all around a core of iron-rich minerality.
