This blend (approx. 70% Gamay & 30% Pinot Noir), christened "La Superbe" is intended for all wine-lovers who like drinking a modest unpretentious wine on a regular basis to make even everyday meals a source of pleasure and well-being. This wine can be enjoyed in the way that one enjoys eating fruit: it is pleasant, crisp, fruity and ready to drink. It is a beautiful purplish red in colour with a very wide palette of aromas and lively fruity notes. In the mouth it is supple and fine, tonic and refreshing. Mongeard-Mugneret.
