Borrello Vineyards Chardonnay 2021 was rated 17.3 points out of 20 by Liberty Liquor's wine panel.
Borrello Wines are fairly new on the scene, established in 2019, they are definitely considered new kids on the block. Wow, does the wine reflect decades of experience and know-how. The wine is pale straw in colour with aromas of white peach, almond, elderflower, citrus peel, and a touch of spice. It tastes rich and smooth, with flavours of grapefruit, nectarine, honeydew, and a hint of smokiness. The finish is long, with a light, crisp acidity that brings out the flavours.
