Si Vintners Halcyon Chardonnay
Planted in 1978, the Halcyon Block Chardonnay exists on karri loam over white clay soil and is extremely low cropping. Basket pressed, fermented in concrete eggs and matured in a blend of new and old barrels for approximately 20 months. An excellent expression of Chardonnay with mouthwatering notes of stone-fruit, acid and fresh cut grass.
